God's Prepared Warriors,

**Note** This is the devotional I was talking about in my live Warrior Roundtable I did on Saturday night. If you missed it here is the link to watch it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fzx3Cs9qHPo&t=3s

Devotional:

In the midst of turmoil and uncertainty, it's natural to feel overwhelmed by the weight of current events. The world seems to be spinning faster than ever, with conflicts and crises unfolding at every turn. Yet, as believers, we are called to anchor our hearts in the unshakable truth of God's sovereignty and faithfulness. In times like these, our faith is tested, but it is also strengthened, as we learn to trust in God's unwavering providence.

In the book of Habakkuk, we find a prophet wrestling with similar questions and doubts amid the chaos of his own time. He cries out to God, questioning why evil seems to prevail and why justice appears to be delayed. Yet, even in the midst of his confusion, Habakkuk chooses to anchor his faith in the character of God. In Habakkuk 1:5, we read these powerful words: "Look at the nations and watch— and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told."

Like Habakkuk, we may not always understand God's ways or His timing, but we can take comfort in knowing that He is always at work, even when we cannot see it. God's plans are far greater than our own, and His purposes will ultimately prevail, despite the chaos and turmoil of this world.

Let's Pray:

Heavenly Father,

In the midst of uncertainty and upheaval, we turn our hearts to You, our rock and our refuge. Grant us the courage to trust in Your sovereignty, even when the world around us seems to be in turmoil. Help us to anchor our faith in Your promises and to find peace in the midst of life's storms. Give us eyes to see Your hand at work, even in the midst of chaos, and hearts that are steadfast in trusting Your unfailing love.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear friends, as we navigate the storms of life, may we find comfort and strength in the unchanging character of our God. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and His purposes will never be stopped. Let us take heart and press on in faith, knowing that He who holds the world in His hands is faithful to fulfill His promises.

Stay strong, God's Prepared Warriors, for our hope is secure in Him. Faith is our Shield!
